I don't have a specific exercise regimen, but I've been trying to do something on Wii Sports every day. Usually I'll play a couple games of bowling, one or two of baseball, a couple random training activities and then take my fitness test. I try to play for at least a half hour, although I'm not terribly strict with myself in that respect. I play more on the weekends, as well. My Wii Fitness Age lately has been ranging from mid-twenties to early thirties... when I first took it, I was 69! Eek!
Our Wiisercise (lame? yeah probably) is being coupled with what we're calling F*** Fast Food February, in which we're boycotting fast food, since we tend to eat it far too regularly. We're not necessarily eating super healthy, although we're trying to be healthier, but we're trying to be less reliant on swinging through a drive-thru on the way home.
My boyfriend recently found out he has high blood pressure, so that's a big motivator in everything.
I weighed 134lbs at the beginning of February, and now I weigh 131lbs... not a huge feat, I know, but considering I've been on a gradual climb the last year and a half, I'm excited to be more or less balancing out.
