I just got a Wii on Friday and am definitely interested in using it to get fit. Tennis is probably my favorite, so that will be good for staying motivated. I really like the boxing, but I get frustrated at how hard it is to be precise. The training where you have to hit the mitts is nearly impossible for me. I guess I'll stick with the bag and the actual game.
I'm probably not going to change much about my diet, though I do find that the more active that I am, the less I want the food that is bad for me. I'm also probably going to be cutting back on the eating out, so I'm sure that will help.
I hope more people find this community. I'm looking forward to hearing how other people are doing. Hopefully WiiPlay will have more active games to add to the routine.
