Get fit using the Wii!

This community is for people to track their fitness by doing Wii Sports or other activities on the Wii, with the aim to lose weight and improve their overall fitness.

This has been mainly inspired by this man and his experiment.

You can update daily, weekly or monthly on your progress.

I don't want updates every five minutes on what you're doing or multiple updates on information that can be kept to one entry.

Please be courteous and helpful to other posters and do not abuse them. Anyone who does abuse other people who are trying to get fitter are quite simply a freaking moron.

Please feel free to update the community on ideas for getting fit (I.E. regimes, tricks on getting the maximum out of your work out), new Wii developments that could be used in exercising, etc etc.
